【茶屋闲话】健康|深呼吸的方法

​当你感到紧张或疲劳的时候,你的呼吸会很浅(shallow),也就是每次呼吸你并没有把肺内的空气全部清空。这样会造成你身体上更多的紧张(tension)。下面的用时1 分钟的练习,让我们加长呼吸时间和深度,而使我们放松下来并减缓焦虑(stress)。

​把你的手放在胸前(upper chest)。用鼻子深吸一口气,然后呼气,并在呼气时轻轻的念“啊~” (Aahhhh),这时用心体会释放(relief) 的感觉并聆听声音。尽量把肺里污浊(stale)和有毒(toxin)的气体在呼气时排干净,从而给新鲜空气留出位置。此时,你也会感到胸部在呼气时向下的松弛(soften downward)。

深吸一口气,然后呼气,并在呼气时轻轻的念“啦啦啦~” (“La,la,la,la...)。用心体会肺内气体的排空。

重复上面的练习5次,直到你感到全身放松下来。我们可以体会在自由的深呼吸时的轻松(effortless),并让你的身体和大脑(mind)在这个环境中得到滋养(nourish). ​​
