【茶屋闲话】还有健康的饮料吗!

​​如果我们细看市面上的许多饮料,会发现它们基本上不健康。像可口可乐、雪碧、百事可乐、Mountain Dew这类饮料含有大量添加糖。近来,虽然有更多人讨论健康食品和饮品,但这些看似健康的饮料实际上也并没有宣传中那么健康。让我们来深入了解一下这些饮料的真相。

​首先,这些饮料中添加的糖分极高,长期摄入过多的糖分会增加患糖尿病、心脏病等多种健康问题的风险。此外,即使是标榜为“健康”或“天然”的饮料,也可能含有其他形式的糖或添加剂,如果糖浆、人工味料(Natural Flavor)、人工甜味剂等等,过量摄入这些成分同样对健康不利。

最近在Costco发现的红茶菌(Kombucha)。据说是流行的健康饮料,有丰富的益生菌保护肠道,增强免疫系统的功能。可是,什么都好,唯独仔细一看还是添加了人工味料。目前发现Spindrift的汽水(Sparkling Water) 没有加糖也没有多余成分,值得推荐。这里还请大家多多推荐好的饮料。

​目前,选择解渴的饮品时,最安全健康的选择还是水或无糖的茶或咖啡。如果想要味道更加丰富的饮品,可以选择新鲜挤压的果汁,尽管它们的糖分相对较高,但至少避免了添加糖和人工添加剂。总之,了解饮料成分并作出明智选择,对维护日常健康至关重要。
