替代品: 苹果,枣, 海带,鳗鱼,牡蛎, 西兰花, 蘑菇,白菜,绿茶, 菜花
天然阻滯劑:野生蕁麻根 (wild nettle root)、瑪卡 (Maca)、溫金香 ( Chrysin)和葡萄籽提取物 (Grape seed extract)。
