1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By downloading, installing, or using the MiniHabits mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
MiniHabits is a habit tracking application that helps users:
- Track daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly habits
- Monitor progress and completion rates
- Set and achieve personal goals
- Access shared habit libraries
- Create bucket lists and life planning tools
- Generate annual reports and progress analytics
3. USER ACCOUNTS
3.1 Account Creation
- You may be required to create an account to access certain features
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
3.2 Account Security
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access
- You may not use another user's account without permission
4. USER CONTENT
4.1 Your Content
- You retain ownership of all content you create in the App (habits, notes, photos, etc.)
- By using the App, you grant us a license to store and process your content to provide the service
- You are responsible for backing up your own data
4.2 Content Standards
You agree not to create or share content that:
- Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
- Violates any intellectual property rights
- Contains viruses or malicious code
- Impersonates any person or entity
- Contains spam or unsolicited promotional material
5. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENTS
5.1 Pro Features
- Certain features require a paid subscription ("Pro")
- Subscription fees are charged through your Apple ID account
- Prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region
5.2 Auto-Renewal
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings
5.3 Free Trial
- Free trials may be offered for Pro features
- If you don't cancel during the trial period, you will be charged the subscription fee
- Only one free trial per user
5.4 Refunds
- Refund requests must be made through the Apple App Store
- We do not process refunds directly
- Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policies
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
6.1 Our Content
- The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by us
- Our trademarks, logos, and service marks are our property
- You may not use our intellectual property without prior written permission
6.2 Shared Habits Library
- Shared habits in the library are provided for informational purposes
- You may adopt and customize shared habits for personal use
- You may not republish or redistribute shared habits outside the App
7. PRIVACY AND DATA

7.2 Data Backup
- You are responsible for backing up your data

- iCloud storage is subject to Apple's terms and your iCloud storage limits

- SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY, SO THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU
12. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Your content or data
13. TERMINATION
13.1 By You
- You may stop using the App at any time
- You may delete your account at any time
- Uninstalling the App does not automatically cancel subscriptions
13.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your access if:

- You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
- We discontinue the App
- Required by law
13.3 Effect of Termination
- Your right to use the App immediately ceases
