1. WHAT DATA WE COLLECT
Only to make the Apps work for you — display/organize contacts or videos, generate AI summaries of video content, send birthday/event reminders (if enabled), sync via your iCloud. No advertising, no analytics, no profiling.
3. WHERE IT'S STORED
Everything is stored locally on your device. iCloud sync goes to your personal iCloud account — we have no server and never receive your data.
4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We do not sell, rent, or share your data. We have no access to it.
6. PERMISSIONS
Not directed at children under 13. Contact us to delete any such data.
8. YOUR RIGHTS
Your data is fully under your control — delete the app to delete the data, use in-app export features, or manage iCloud data in iOS Settings.
9. CHANGES
Date at the top will be updated. Significant changes will include an in-app notice.

- Videos you save — titles, thumbnails, metadata from YouTube API
- Notes, tags, and summaries you write
- Your saved lists and custom list names
- App preferences stored locally on device

4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
- YouTube API — channel/video searches hit Google's API (Google's Privacy Policy applies). Your contact or notes data is never sent to Google.
- Apple Contacts — address book import requires explicit permission; nothing is uploaded.
- AI Summaries — only video title/description is sent, never your personal notes or contacts.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data. We have no access to it.
6. PERMISSIONS
- Contacts — optional; you can use MiniContacts by entering data manually
- Notifications — optional reminders; revocable anytime in iOS Settings
- Network — needed to fetch YouTube data and sync via iCloud
