Fall starts this month, although the temperature in Austin seems not to have a feeling for a change. Our focus for this month will revolve around three TEA (Time, Energy, Attention) topics: adopting a healthy diet, practicing Zen, and reviewing essential project management skills.
- Time: We will celebrate Labor Day on Sept 4, World Peace Day on Sept 21, and Chinese Mid-Autumn Festival on Sept 29. During our tea time break, we've planned a series of discussions on journaling. We'll be exploring various techniques, including creating a Zen journal for mindfulness, a bullet journal for productivity, and a subject journal, such as a law journal, to learn something new
- Energy: We will dive into healthy eating and how to enjo tea in a nutritious way. Plus, we'll recommend the top tea shops in Austin.
- Attention: We will return to essential project management skills and examine how they can improve our professional and personal lives.
