Dear Friends,
The summer season is coming to an end this month. As some of you prepare for school, particularly to those starting college, I wish you a prosperous year filled with growth and unforgettable memories. To embark on this new chapter of life, beginning with the end in mind is beneficial. I encourage you to listen to some commencement speeches and envision the person you aspire to become in the next few years. By setting goals and keeping your long-term vision in sight, you can make the most of your college experience and work towards achieving your dreams.
This month, we will focus on three TEA (Time, Energy, Attention) topics that will prepare the new school year with the minimalism concept, practice mindfulness, and continue to develop practical thinking skills.
Warm regards,
Sukee Parker

To embark on this new chapter of life, beginning with the end in mind is beneficial. I encourage you to listen to some commencement speeches and envision the person you aspire to become in the next few years. This month, we will focus on three TEA (Time, Energy, Attention) topics that will prepare the new school year with the minimalism concept, practice mindfulness, and continue to develop practical thinking skills.
- Time: We will highlight the Texas back-to-school tax-free weekend and the National Tooth Fairy Day to remind us about dental health. For tea time, we will locate the finest Boba Tea shops in Austin and discuss how to have them in a healthy way. To improve time management, we will refresh the 30 days productivity challenge by practicing multiple productivity methods and experience the effectiveness.
- Energy: Zen is a healthy lifestyle that calms our mind to stay focused and enjoy present moments. Our discussions will explore ways to practice mindfulness and fun Zen challenges to play.
- Attention: We will explore framework thinking by delving into its building blocks, the mental models. According to the book "Super Thinking," these models are shortcuts to higher-level thinking, enhancing our ability to solve problems and make wise decisions.
- Life Planning: We discuss four levels of plans as the foundation to pursue personal growth and success.
- Skills Not Taught In Schools: We discuss essential life skills not taught in school, including self-discipline, exercise, meditation, personal finance, active listening, communication, honesty, leadership, and decision-making.
Warm regards,
Sukee Parker
