- Energy: We will be delving into exercises, anti-inflammatory diet, ways to improve our mental health such as medication, visualization, and mindfulness.
- Attention: We will develop leadership skills by preparing for an interview to recruiting the right candidates.
- Research resources: We will discuss reliable research resources, including ChatGPT, public libraries, free research papers, and online books.
