Why do I need to include project summary page in project status meeting agenda?

PMO sets the guidance to all project managers to regularly review and update the project summary page. The project summary page serves as an entrance point for all information about the project. Therefore, you want to direct the project team to that page for general inquiries. It's best practice to include the page link in project presentations, meeting invitations, and meeting minutes.

Because the status meeting is a regular meeting to keep all stakeholders updated, it's beneficial to include the project summary page in the project agenda. With this, the project team members can check the project summary quickly from the meeting invite. Because we include the meeting agenda in the meeting minutes, the information is by default included in every meeting minute, along with the project status updates.  

The PMO principle is " if you want people to know, make the information easy to access.
