“Change your conception of yourself and you will automatically change the world in which you live.”
"Feeling Is The Secret" is a book written and published by Neville Goddard in 1944. The book emphasizes the significant impact of our emotions and feelings on our ability to manifest our personal desires and create our reality. According to Goddard, changing our beliefs and emotional states can bring about substantial transformations in our lives. "Mastery of self-control of your thoughts and feelings is your highest achievement."

Goddard stressed that our consciousness has two parts - conscious and subconscious. While the conscious part creates ideas, the subconscious mind creates our reality. As our emotions are the way our subconscious communicates with us, our beliefs and emotions play a crucial role in manifesting our desires. Therefore, it's vital to pay attention to these signals and respond appropriately to achieve our desired outcome and Heal the wound.  "Do not entertain the feeling of regret or failure for frustration or detachment from your objective results in disease."

To manifest our desires and transform our lives, we must learn to feel and believe in the reality we wish to create. This requires a shift in our mindset and a consistent effort to maintain a positive emotional state that aligns with our goals. The book suggests two practices: sleep and prayer.

Sleep is a crucial time to assume the feeling of being, having and witnessing what we seek to be, possess, and see manifested. We should never go to sleep feeling discouraged or dissatisfied. Dropping off to sleep feeling satisfied and happy compels conditions and events to appear in our world, which confirm these attitudes of mind. "While you are awake, you are a gardener selecting seed for your garden... Your conception of yourself as you fall asleep is the seed you drop into the ground of the subconscious. What you take in as a feeling you bring out as a condition, action, or object in space. So sleep in the feeling of the wish fulfilled."

Prayer, like sleep or meditation, is an entrance into the subconscious. It diminishes the impression of the outer world and renders the mind more receptive to suggestion from within. The mind in prayer is in a state of relaxation and receptivity akin to the feeling attained just before dropping off to sleep.

By practicing sleep and prayer, we can tap into the power of our subconscious mind and create the life we truly desire.
