1. Start with certainty. Focusing on distinguishing the “soft trends” from the “hard trends.”, We can see the future by knowing the "hard trends". We can make impacts on "soft trends" to change the future. 
2. Anticipate. Anticipating tomorrow’s problems and be pre-active to solve those problems instead of today’s problems.
3. Transform. Taking advantages of the technology-driven changes.
4. Take the biggest problem and skip it 
5. Go opposite. Do something where no one else is looking, seeing or doing.
6. Redefine and reinvent. Reinventing the old by using it in different ways.
7. Direct your future (or someone else will direct it to you). Being conscious of your creative capacity to envision and rewrite your future life and career.

​To a startling extent, in other words, our vision of the future is a self-fulfilling prophecy. Change your view of the future, and you direct your future.
