"Better Together" by Simon Sinek uses the analogy of a children's playground to talk about leadership. The book discusses that the kings of playgrounds who use power to make people surrender are not true leaders. On the contrary, those who help the weak find their talents and work hard to lead everyone to find a better playground are true leaders. This book explains how leaders should take care of others, explore the unknown, get help, overcome obstacles, and ultimately make their vision a reality.

The book is filled with inspiring quotes that explain how a leader cares, inspires, and builds confidence with the team for change. The quote I liked the most is: “Working hard for something we don’t care about is stress. Working hard for something we love is called passion.”
