Chat | Dive into Deep Immersions

“The most common ego identifications have to do with possessions, the work you do, social status and recognition, knowledge and education, physical appearance, special abilities, relationships, personal and family history, belief systems, and often also political, nationalistic, racial, religious, and other collective identifications. None of these is you.” - Eckhart Tolle, The Power of Now: A Guide to Spiritual Enlightenment
We are unhappy when we are frustrated about not getting things done or when we realize wasting time on something we didn't want to do. What makes it worse is that we are running out of time to accomplish what we like to do!

If you feel the same way, you are not alone. This is how I felt when I started the deep immersion journey two years ago. I took a deep breath and decided to immerse myself in every moment of my life: every decision, every project, every people I met, and every place I went. It makes quite a difference. The journey is based on three basic principles: knowing who I am, managing life with productivity, making the best decisions and moving on.

Knowing Who I Am It's complicated to know who I am, which includes knowing what I'd like to do, what I am good at, my limits, and where my best fit into society is. We can be blinded by our egos, influenced by our parents, or just can't realize the talent buried inside ourselves until the right moment or until we try it out. What makes this worse is that we constantly change or grow from what we have learned and experienced. My tactics start with a set of questions for self-reflection. Then, I used a collection of small projects to set goals, learn, validate my ability, and adjust to become the best version of myself.

Managing Life with Productivity There is a big difference between productive and unproductive. Productivity is easy to achieve: We need to understand some basic productivity tactics and put them into practice.

Making the Best Decisions We can't control what happened and will happen, but we can make our choices. Many decisions we make earlier in life determine where we stand. My practice focuses on learning to make the best choices, take the result, and move on.

Life is an adventure. We have one and only one opportunity to participate. Do you feel engaged and consciously enjoy it? Join us to explore.
Editor's Note (2023/06/29): As we age, it becomes crucial to acknowledge our limitations and recognize that what we believe we can do may differ from what our bodies and capabilities can actually handle. Neglecting to consider this can lead to injuries or illness.
