The most common weight-loss suggestion is to eat less and exercise more. However, it's easy to say than to get things done. The new diet habit creation requires discipline and is hard to maintain. Statistics show that 80% of weight loss fails in 12 months. Bounce back is a killer of any weight loss ambition. You can change for a while, but can you change forever? If not, the bounce back will make things worse.
