The rainbow body is related to Hinduism's chakra system as energy fields surrounding the human body. Each color is associated with different qualities. Seven rainbow colors represent seven levels of energy:

Red - The Physical Body.
Orange – The Etheric Body, emotional environment, and formative influences.
Yellow – The Astral Body, transitional and limited in endurance.
Green – The mental body is a transitional energy body that enables transformation. In this life, its purposes are achieved in relationships with others.
Blue – The Causal Body, the transpersonal, is the repository of the soul's enduring memories, influences, and progress.
Indigo – The Diamond Body is eternal in reality, conscious, and intuitionally received knowing.
Violet – The Celestial Body, the Self, and the All are eternally one.

Rainbow also represents many meanings, including mercifulness, healing, and good fortune,
