Like meditation or yoga, a quiet tea session, not only reduces stress but also provide a structured break to rejuvenate mind and body. In other words, we can use the ritual of tea time to create a moment of calm, fostering mindfulness and reducing anxiety.

  1. Read a book.
  2. Meditate for a few minutes of positivity and gratefulness. 
  3. Listen to a calming music playlist.
  4. Call a friend or family member for a quick catch-up.

  6. Take a picture about where you are, who you are with, or what you observe.
  7. Stretch or do some light yoga or simply try one yoga pose.
  8. Take a few deep breaths using a breathing exercise app.
  9. Organize your desk or workspace.
