The cognitive limitation is not a problem when we contribute as much as possible based on our knowledge. However, there is a risk when there is a gap between what we know and what we think we know. When the situation is entirely out of what we think we know, it is not a problem because we fear the unknown and learn to stop when things are beyond our control. Only when things are within what we think we know but outside of what we know in reality, we work on something we don’t know with unrealistic confidence. The Murphy's law says, “Anything that can go wrong, will go wrong.” The problem, as a result, arises.
Therefore, we must close the gap through continuous education (e.g., learning framework thinking) or seek ideas from others (like having some tea chats) to minimize the risks.
