Barking Cat - The Importance of Having a Clear Responsibility

I'd like to share it with you, I heard today. The story talks about a farmer who has a dog and cat. The dog is in charge of guarding at night. The cat is in charge of catching the mouse. So when something happens, the dog supposes to bark. However, one day a thief came to steal the chickens when the cat barked the whole night. The farmer later killed the cat because he got confused when the cat barked. 

The story tells that everyone has their responsibility, and it's essential to follow PMO Role and Responsibility Guideline  to void unproductive collaboration and misinterpretation.
