Meditation | Mindful Listening

In this exercise, we will practice mindful listening. It can be any conversation or simply open a YouTube video. Our job is to listen.

When we listen, we give our full attention to the speaker. You may not ask questions during the first 3 minutes. We pay attention to the speaker's voice, emotion, and facial expression. We may acknowledge with facial expressions, by nodding our head, or by saying, "I see," or "I understand." We may not speak except to acknowledge. 

If you find your attention drifting, gently bring it back. If possible, ask questions, give feedback (not advice), or repeat what they say at a later stage.
