Zen | Mindful Outdoror Walking

Nature is around and this meditation is walking and simply pay attention to the souriudibgs. The sky, trees, birds, sounds, winds, the color and smells. Then, feel the body’s relationship with all of these. Be  aware we of the sensation. Be aware of the thouths and emotions and knowing the changes. Can we have the curiosity to see things differently this moment?  Have an ordinary mindful now. It’s a normal experience as a personal. Take a couple of deep breath to feel fresh and néw.
